Being stationed at Chu Lai in 1968 the video still shows what is was.   A giant sand dune.  It looked moire like being in the middle east.   The only difference was I was with the Americal Division with the Army.   It is the history that is being lost.   Vietnam isn't taught in schools.  All the kids are told we where loser, drub addicts and baby killers.   Hell I was still a teenager when I got in country. At 19 it was an eye opener.  One grew up fast...  Here is a bit a history.

Squad Leader old school.

Surprising number of gamers are still playing AH original Squad Leader series.  SL was what I first started playing. Finding the game exciting and challenging.  Now I'm playing ASL. But not as much as I would like. Being a complicated game, my opponents get bored.    Last month my gaming buddy Guy died a by a stupid car crash.  People not paying attention to what is happening on the road.    Anyways here is a great video on the Squad Leader.
