Hi Gary, what works much better: go to the directory with the vmod file. Add the extension ".zip" (if extensions are not visible then click on the "View" menu in the Windows explorer and active "File name extensions").
Now go inside the zip and into the "images" directory. There you will find the map file, usually it's the largest one.
