tuning your 3d resin printer

The trails and head aches of dialing you resin printer. Any time you catch the type of resin you are using it needs to be fine tuned.  The last bottle of resin I used the prints came out hard to cut. I changed the exposure time a little. Now they are too soft and not binding the print to the plate.

The fix is to run an exposure test.  Amerilabs has a great test pattern for adjusting the print time and other small tweaks.

Check out the link: Amerilabs test pattern
