Being stationed at Chu Lai in 1968 the video still shows what is was. A giant sand dune. It looked moire like being in the middle east. The only difference was I was with the Americal Division with the Army. It is the history that is being lost. Vietnam isn't taught in schools. All the kids are told we where loser, drub addicts and baby killers. Hell I was still a teenager when I got in country. At 19 it was an eye opener. One grew up fast... Here is a bit a history.
