Basing for 28mm Impetus rules.

I'm in the middle of re basing my ancients for Impetus.  If figured I have the rules and troop, so why not.  I was using sabot with 20 mm round bases.  It has turned out to be a pain in the butt.  The keep falling out of the sabot.  The plan was to convert them over to magnets.  But why, it is not needed for Impetus.  Beside my Saga troops and ECW are setup for 25 mm round bases with magnets. Below is the official Impetus basing for 28 mm

1/100 scale ship cannons

Found this on Ebay.  There is always a need of 15mm ships cannons.  But find them is a pain and expense. Here is a solution. Nicely cast one. I have purchase from this seller many time.

Here is the Syrian army.  They are not a roll over army.  As we did fight very hard and caused the IDF many headache.

Saxon Helmet construction

After all these years of painting helmets steel and gold I find out I'm wrong.  The seems to be made out of Ox horns, covered with a leather.   Looks like I need to do some repainting on my helmet.  The work that he individual that did recreation is amazing.  Hours and hours of hard work.
