Goodbye Mack by good buddy. You are a great Scotty

Tonight is a sad night.  My Scottie Mack or Mackie has crossed the rainbow bridge.  He was 16 1/2 years which is pretty old his breed.  In all years Mack never good sick.  Guarded his castle ( Our Home) from all squirrel, rabbit and other villains.   Mack was 6 months younger that my Grandson.  He loved my son with his heart.  As Junior was the ball and toys thrower.

Comparison of Byzantine battle Broads V1 -V2

One will notice that there are some changes between V1-V2.  As how that these changes effect play I couldn't say.  I have read on the Boards that a lot of people are upset with V2.   Why because it made all the supplements useless.   Saga isn't a cheap  investment.  Making armies, buying expensive dice and etc.  Some people have said that the latest version is much easier to play. Other are unhappy that their once competitive army are now an army of slugs.   Here are the battle broads.  You can now make your own decision.

My good Buddy Anton emailed me yesterday.   He wanted to know if wanted to play Saga.  The Crusades.  Well my answer was yes, I bought Saga 2V in April.  The rules look to be more playable. Or should I say easy to understand.    Anton is going to try Byzantines or Milites.  As for me I got figure out.  In the dungeon of boom I found some figures I purchased for a Crusade project that never came about.  Blew the dust off them. Put them on the bench to finish up.  The only problem is dice for the Byzantines as currently no has them in stock.

Bushido Oriental adventures Kwaidan

Back to the good old days.  The old D&D group with Bill, Brian, Junior and Geno played a lot games just Bushido.   The White Dwarf even did a great series of scenarios for Bushido.  Tons of blood was spilled Temple, castles and village by this great of Samurai Warrior.  That this time Bill and Brian had just gotten into Karate.   This fueled many adventures. 

Back to the game. Citadel bought out a beautiful line of Oriental adventure figures.  Today if you can find these figures, get ready to spend a Samurai fortune to buy.   Wonder how many remember this scenarios.

New release for 40k Kill Team

Should be released by the time you read this. 40K Kill team roleplay game.  Looks interesting more money down the 40K rathole. But hold on.. didn't flight of fantasy do this.  Only to have games workshop pull the license after several years of good sales?   See the link: Death Watch

Easy Eight Night combat rules.

This is for the people who still follow my blog for the Easy Eight Battleground rule.  Hoping to add the last book on the Red Devils airborne troop. Currently that has to be scanned to my computer.
